Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship in Singapore.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered ?
Livbiotic offers 2 to 3 day shipping on all local Singapore deliveries.
Do note that due to COVID-19 situation and during busy sales and festive periods, deliveries may be delayed. We thank you for your understanding.
Do all items i have ordered arrive on the same date?
Yes.
How can I track my orders?
You will also be notified by email when your order has been dispatched (usually after 48 hours).
Can I change the address of my paid order?
You can update the shipping address within 24 hours. Please email: hello@livbiotic.com.
Do you offer FREE delivery in Singapore?
We offer FREE delivery for a minimum store purchase total of $100.00 SGD. This is the total price after deductions of coupons, vouchers and discounts.
How much are delivery fees?
In the event you have to pay for delivery charges, we charge a flat rate of $10 for any order in Singapore.
What if I am not home when the delivery is made?
Please try and ensure that either yourself or a member of the household is available when the item is being delivered.
If no one can receive the order and you have instructed the delivery team to leave the item outside the door of the delivery address, this shall be at your sole risk and you will accept all liability and risk of loss, theft, and damage.
Do I get charged for re-delivery?
If a member of your household was not present to receive the item on the first delivery attempt, we will re-deliver on the next available date.
There is a re-delivery fee of $4.00 SGD if your delivery fails twice. Processing time will take up to 5 days.
I have not yet received my order. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact via email : hello@livbiotic.com and we will assist you.
Can my orders be delivered to an office address?
Yes, as long as you can collect it in the office.
What if I find the same product is cheaper on another site ?
Livbiotic sells 100% Esse skincare authentic products. We don’t offer discounts comparing to other website sellers. Thank you for your understanding.
Return
I would like to return a product I purchase due to a defect in packaging. What should I do?
Send an email with subject “Product Return” to hello@livbiotic.com.
– Tell us why you would like to return the product.
– Attach a photo of the product.
– Return the product (with its original packaging) to our store after receiving a reply from us.
